Project Director

Job Title: LMS Project Director

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in IT or management or equivalent experience/training

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to project team; including hiring, training, performance management and professional development opportunities;
  • Manages/oversees all aspects of assigned projects (including definition of project scope/objectives, development of project plan and schedule, budget and resource plan, status reporting, project development, and implementation);
  • Develops and manages allocation of work assignments among team members;
  • Negotiates for resources (as required) within the context of the project objectives, requirements, and priorities;
  • Interfaces with business owner(s)/customer(s) and all other areas/individuals affected by the project;
  • Monitor and respond to changes in environment, organization, customers and products and improve existing use of the LMS functionality;

Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Investigate new learning technologies and work closely with the engineering team for implementation of technology-enhanced learning
  • Undertake research initiatives by indulging in educational data mining, surveys, writing proposals and research papers, and presenting outcomes
  • Prepare training material and programs to enhance the faculty teaching and learning experience of students
  • Manage contents and process for course creation, enrollments, auditing and reporting
  • Manage project related documents such as requirement specifications, website contents, progress reports, and ensure availability of information to relevant stakeholders

System Administrator
