NUST Community Services Club (NCSC) is a NUST-based non-profit organization aimed at conducting community service activities in twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. NCSC has the privilege of being the pioneer student body that institutionalized the culture of community service at university level. The club hosts a number of successful events each calendar year; Blood Donation Drive, Eye-camp, Footy Mania etc. to name a few. NCSC is also working in collaboration with several non-government organizations for the achievement of its objectives.
NCSC will be conducting its flagship three-day event Blood Donation Drive starting from 14th - 16th November, 2017 in collaboration with Armed Forces Institute of Transfusion (AFIT) at the IGIS Ground, NUST. Over the last few years, NCSC has successfully arranged multiple blood donation drives in partnership with different patient welfare organizations. Last year, NCSC blood donation drive achieved a record mark of 306 pints. This year, we are being challenged out of need to support more patients. It is heartening to know that we have accomplished these milestones with the help of students and staff of NUST, and we endeavor to break our own record this year.
Students and staff members are highly encouraged to participate in this blood donation drive. Let us make an impact this year by setting new records and add it to our list of accomplishments.
