Dear Students and Alumni:

 Hope all of you will be doing well. I am pleased to inform you all that the we have developed automation tools for delivery of alumni and student services. This project shall facilitate you all in the following:

  • Registration of New PG &UG Students as well as Alumni
  • Automated Provisional Certificates and Transcripts Issuance
  • Degree Issuance 
  • NUST ID Card (Temp/Permanent)
  • Various certificates required for admission/job.
  • Any other queries/needs related to exam Dept.

 FAQs (attached) have been created for the easy understanding of services and its usage. NUST SEECS staff is committed to offer better services and inculcating a healthy working relationship with our students and alumni. I do understand that this is first ever effort done in NUST and you may face some challenges in availing these services. In this context, I request your valuable feedback which can help all of us. We are in a process of streamlining other related processes which have been taken up with concerned departments for implementation. It will take some time but ultimately it will materialize. In addition to this, we will be working on improvement of these launched services and automation of clearance process.
